Les Menuires makes up part of the renowned Three Valleys Ski Area - the largest ski area in the world. The area comprises 600 kilometres of piste connected by 200 lifts. This extensive ski area is suitable for all levels, including beginners, intermediates and advanced, and is also popular with snow boarders for its three snow parks. Advanced skiers will enjoy the black runs and excellent off-piste at La Masse.

Les Menuires is considered one of the cheapest resorts in the expensive Three Valleys ski area. Skiers can also explore other resorts in the Three Valleys, such as Meribel, Val Thorens and Courcheval.

The French-style resort offers a good choice of accommodation, with hotels and traditional chalets made out of wood and stone. Non-skiers can enjoy the resort's swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, ice rink, paragliding, walking trails, and choice of bars and restaurants.
