Property Summary
Built in 2009, this air-conditioned resort is specially designed for people over 55 years, those with care needs or simply for those wishing to maintain their health and prevent physical problems in a peaceful setting near the beach. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Further facilities include a games room, TV lounge, children's playground, and a café, bar and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, room service, a laundry service (fees apply), car park, and bicycle hire service (fees apply).
The one or two-bedroom apartments have large terraces with a capacity of 2 to 5 people. All of them have emergency alarms, closed circuit television, surveillance and security 24 hours a day. Each apartment features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.
