This is a small and exclusive complex of villas and apartments, which was renovated in 2009. There are just 18 spacious units in total, spread over 2 floors. Fully air-conditioned, the apartment hotel welcomes its guests into a lobby with a reception service, 24-hour security and a hotel safe. Furthermore, on-site facilities include lift access, a restaurant and café, WLAN Internet access, and room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage. Those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception. The reception service open from 8 am to 10 pm. The complex consists of 12 apartments and 6 villas. Each of the accommodation units has been decorated in soft pastel shades and offers a kitchen with a fridge, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave and a kettle, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Meanwhile, in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, a TV, Internet access, a safe (fees apply) and an ironing set. Furthermore, the accommodation features king-size beds and lounge areas, as well as a balcony or terrace. The units are fitted with individually regulated air conditioning.

Guests are offered a 24-hour reception and check-out service with currency exchange service, lifts, bar, restaurant, disco and Internet access (for an extra charge).
