Service rating : Very smooth booking - no issues
Product : Only 2 years old so very modern rooms and shower is fantastic. Great maid/staff service.

Restaurant very Good.pool and surroundings excellent.apartments basic,but very clean,set amongst gardens in a very quiet location,but not too far from all amenities.
Hotel Marina
Service rating : the hotel was carrying out work for the first week of our holiday and we were not informed of this. then on the 1st of June they cleared our room and cancelled the room card. which was cleared after running up and downstairs. the day we were leaving the man on reception queried us again on the duration of out stay, but lucky I still had the booking confirmation form which added up to a bit of distress for my wife. but it was cleared up in the end. I was not impressed with the staff on reception.
Product : as above I think we should have been informed of the work going on around the pool area and the noise involved. and the staff at reception were not very helpful with the other problem

Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately we have not been advised of any building work being carried out at the hotel by the hotelier, so we were not in a position to advise you prior to travel. I can confirm that the booking was made for 16 nights and at no point did the hotel query this, so again I apologise for any confusion on their part regarding the duration of your stay. For future reference we do offer a 24 hour in resort helpline who would have been able to assist you with these issues whilst you were on holiday.

Product : Lovely room, and spacious complex with fantastic pools, only problem is they were far too cold to enter hence always empty. After 10 minutes the kids got out freezing not wanting to go in again causing boredom throughout the week. (Costing a small fortune on trips out. Which wasn't the idea as I was all inclusive.) The food was edible in a canteen area, nothing special really. The two extra restaurants tapas and pizza place, you need to book in advance and you need nearly a weeks notice to go. when you find this out and you are only staying a week it doesn't happen. Not everything is all inclusive, ice creams are those mini ice pops only! Not much for the kids.

Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately the swimming pools are only heated in the winter months, however we will pass your comments on to the hotelier for them to consider extending this a little longer next year. We don't actually advertise or know of the tapas or pizza place, so can only assume these are busy with the public too and that's why you needed to make a reservation in advance.
